Chamizal National Memorial

Covering 55 acres, Chamizal National Memorial is a park and cultural center, home to a museum/visitor center, a theater, an amphitheatre and art galleries. The museum is dedicated to the history of the US-Mexico border, while the park itself commemorates the end of the Chamizal Dispute, which saw more than 100 years of quarreling about the border between the two countries. The park sees thousands of visitors throughout each year and hosts plenty of events in its various facilities like concerts, dance, special art exhibits, film showing and way more.
